- Preparing all guest vehicles to meet EchoPark's high standards prior to delivery.
- Collaborating with the Delivery Center Coach and Guest Care Team to resolve any post-sale issues.
- Managing guest sales inquiries and coordinating any deal modifications with the Online Sales Center.
- Meeting sales objectives by effectively communicating the advantages of EchoPark products to guests.
