Position Overview
The Overnight Closer / Custodian (Member Services Representative) plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members by delivering outstanding customer service at Planet Fitness.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage all front desk operations, including:
- Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and addressing various inquiries.
- Checking members into the system and facilitating new member registrations.
- Conducting tours for potential members and updating member accounts as necessary.

- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
- Complete closing procedures for the day, which includes:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Restocking locker rooms with necessary supplies.

- Report any damaged or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
- Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by promptly submitting lost items to management.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- A genuine passion for fitness and health is essential.
- Must possess a positive and energetic attitude, along with reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work overnight shifts is required.
- Strong work ethic and honesty are crucial.
- Capability to independently resolve issues.

Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent communication in person and via phone.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 80 lbs.
- May encounter hazardous materials during shifts.
- Frequent reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching is required.
