Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Support Services Attendant to join our team at Four Winds Casino. As a Support Services Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the safe operation and transport of vehicles on property, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas.
  • Collect, store, track, and return items, including promotional items, dropped off by guests.
  • Greet arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere.
  • Enter and update guest information in the database.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately record the location of the vehicle onto a valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.
  • Pick-up vehicles from the valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with the Supervisor on duty.
  • Promptly clear canopy area of cars to be parked.
  • Communicate Valet operation and Shuttle information to the Supervisors and team.
  • Present a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
  • Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible.
  • Assist with other Support Services duties as assigned.
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from the state, as well as a good driving record.
  • Physical endurance and stamina, as well as effective communication skills required.
  • This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.
