Job Title: Mechatronics Junior Technician

Join C&W Facility Services Inc. as a Mechatronics Junior Technician and embark on a comprehensive 15-month apprenticeship program. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills in electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established work processes to ensure a safe environment while job shadowing with technical advisors.
  • Communicate effectively within a team environment and work closely with technical documentation.
  • Work with complex high-performance manufacturing systems and analyze technical specifications of mechatronic systems.
  • Perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance to detect and prevent problems.

Program Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Open to the possibility of relocation after completion of the 15-month program.
  • Able to enroll in and attend a 12-week training at one of five colleges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum qualifying score on a Mechanical Aptitude Test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an electrical, mechanical, or controls field.
