Position Overview

The Reset Specialist plays a crucial role in executing product resets in alignment with established plan-o-grams. This position is vital for enhancing retail space utilization and supporting the sales team in implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and finalize product resets in designated retail locations according to specified plan-o-grams.
  • Ensure that brand, packaging, and promotional objectives are accurately represented in store displays.
  • Engage with customers regarding modifications in the store layout due to reset activities.
  • Promote additional displays, equipment placements, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the sales team with trade execution, including the placement of racks and other equipment, maintaining proper point-of-sale materials, and ensuring compliance with Look of Success (LOS) standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures concerning product quality and safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, including business development activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience is necessary.
  • Prior experience in the beverage industry or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is advantageous.
  • Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds, along with reaching, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in pushing and pulling material handling equipment over distances without assistance.
  • Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating various objects.
  • Ability to read information in different print sizes.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, capable of working independently and efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with company policy.
