The Admissions Coordinator will support overall admissions operations, including office systems, admissions database management, and recruitment initiatives. This role will also involve analyzing statistical data and conducting pre- and post-admission outreach activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in an administrative role or any equivalent combination of education and experience in admissions, recruitment, and/or administration. The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and have a valid driver's license.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.

Key responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator include:

  • Displaying proficiency in using standard office equipment and adapting to new technology.
  • Maintaining electronic applicant files and tracking all applications through the cycle.
  • Utilizing online and computer-based technology to communicate and exchange data with the Law School Admission Council and the School of Law Registrar.
  • Knowledge of procurement, requisitioning, purchasing, shipping, storing, and distributing materials and supplies for inventory storage.
  • Assisting in the administration of recruiting, outreach, and yield for all aspects of the JD program.
  • Providing front desk support and acting as the initial point of contact from inquiry through enrollment for prospective students.
  • Interacting with prospective students, routing emails and phone calls to the appropriate staff member when needed.
  • Responding to and processing prospect inquiries and assisting prospective students with general questions about the application process and admission requirements.
  • Assisting with prospective student virtual and on-campus visits.
  • Assisting with organization of virtual and off-campus recruitment events, recordings, and management of participant data.
  • Managing shipment of recruiting materials in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Admissions.
  • Assisting with coordination of logistics for virtual or on-campus admission events.
  • Participating in virtual or on-campus recruitment and yield events as needed.
  • Aiding with maintaining work schedules and general oversight of work of student workers.

Some travel is required for this position.
