Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for restaurant staff.
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and inventory control.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
