Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Room setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory needs
  • Administer medications and therapies as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
