Role Summary: Sandata is in search of a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Manager who can effectively communicate our unique product narratives to diverse target audiences, driving engagement and success. The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, capable of aligning product-market fit with customer requirements to generate interest and demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy Development: Collaborate in the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for both new and existing products, focusing on positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, engineering, and other relevant teams to synchronize marketing strategies with product features and business goals.
  • Creation of Marketing Assets: Develop engaging marketing materials and sales enablement resources, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Digital Marketing Initiatives: Utilize digital platforms to boost product visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess and analyze market trends and campaign effectiveness to refine strategies and report on essential metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coherent and impactful messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in product marketing, ideally within the homecare or healthcare sectors.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and thrive in fast-paced environments with a degree of uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and communication in a virtual setting.
