Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Abacus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, including packaging, clinical supply, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line Operations: Ensure that production lines are supplied with bulk products and components, and perform various filling and packaging operations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor operations to detect malfunctions, and ensure that all perimeter shippers are labeled prior to leaving the production floor.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist with cleaning equipment, and transfer materials and/or products to or from storage or work sites to designated areas.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication between shifts, and contribute to the team by supporting other lines and roles as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all applicable procedures, cGMP's, company policies, and all other quality or regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of cGMP's and regulatory requirements.
