Foster Family Liaison Position:

Family Builders By Adoption is seeking a compassionate and culturally sensitive individual to serve as a Foster Family Liaison. This role will play a vital part in supporting foster families and promoting permanency for children in care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will be responsible for providing guidance and support to foster families, connecting them with resources and services, and advocating on their behalf.

Responsibilities:
* Support foster families through the foster care and adoption process
* Connect families with resources and services
* Advocate on behalf of families and children
* Collaborate with program staff to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience
* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
* Ability to communicate effectively with families from diverse backgrounds
* Strong organizational, systems-management, and writing skills
