Job Title: Part Time Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part Time Bartender to join our team at Merchants Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to discuss daily operations and receive feedback.
  • Rotate shift duties to ensure a fair workload and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associates or 4-year degree in Hospitality desired.
  • 3 years prior F&B experience, required.
  • 2 years Bartending experience, required.

Work Environment:

The Part Time Bartender will work in a fast-paced bar environment, interacting with guests and colleagues to provide exceptional service. The physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a moderate noise level environment.
