Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage and disseminate correspondence, including emails and mail, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and maintain accurate records of key correspondence and documents.
Administrative Support:
- Update leave and medical certificates for staff members on our staff movement system.
- File and maintain accurate records of leave and medical certificates.
- Distribute forms and documents to new contract staff and employment agencies.
- Assist with testimonials, i-exam registration slips, and Giro Option forms.
- Help with progress reports and print labels for staff trays.
- Provide ties and T-shirts to new staff as needed.
- Prepare name tags for visitors and guests, and print signage for school events.
- Match e-invoices to AORs and prepare vouchers & coupons.
- Call students for payment or information, and handle data-entry related to finance matters.
- Update suppliers database as required.
- Assist Year Heads in Junior High & Senior High Open House and other events.
- Conduct temperature checks for contract workers, visitors, and students when necessary.
Requirements
- Full GCE O Level certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of initiative and independence, with a strong team spirit.
