Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role within our finance department, gaining essential experience across various accounting functions. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their accounting journey who are eager to learn and advance in a vibrant environment. The Entry-Level Accounting Associate will engage in fundamental accounting responsibilities and contribute to the financial well-being of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Record Management:
  • Assist in maintaining precise and organized financial records, including data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Learn and implement basic accounting principles to ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Support:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment verification, and collections support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate financial transaction processing.
Financial Reporting Support:
  • Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in financial analyses to aid in decision-making processes.
Compliance and Audit Assistance:
  • Learn and comply with local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to accounting.
  • Provide support during internal and external audit processes.
Data Entry and Software Utilization:
  • Utilize accounting software and tools for data entry and basic financial tasks.
  • Learn to navigate relevant financial systems to support daily operations.
General Administrative Assistance:
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
