Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Support and manage the entire supply chain process, including logistics, procurement, cataloging, payments, invoicing, shipping and receiving, and purchase order management.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, define sourcing and fulfillment strategies, forecast demand, and analyze data to make informed sourcing decisions.
  • Supply Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of accurate supply and inventory plans through the product lifecycle.
  • Inventory Management: Manage material supply, including inventory, existing and new product demand requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate new product material plans and status to internal customers.
  • Process Improvement: Document process solutions and requirements.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and manage clear business metrics and goals to manage supply chain performance.
  • Data Analysis: Design and create interactive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using BI tools like Tableau.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, or demand planning; experience in using ERP and PLM systems and tools; experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
