Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Technology to lead our Enterprise Technology Strategy, Planning, and Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technological resources and managing the development, implementation, and management of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Technology Vision: Develop and execute a technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business goals.
  • Ensure Security and Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of the business by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and compliance standards.
  • Manage Technology Vendors: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and Implement Technology Architecture: Design, implement, and manage the technological architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Research and Development: Develop the Research & Development Roadmap and Strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
  • Lead a Large Team: Strong experience leading a large team.

Requirements:

  • Senior Technology Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role with a track record of successfully developing and implementing Enterprise Technology strategies.
  • Research and Development Experience: Good involvement in Research & Development and drawing out Roadmap and Strategizing.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise across a range of technology domains, including Enterprise Infrastructure, Software/Application, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and business acumen.
  • Education: Possess a Degree/Master in Computer Science or equivalent.
