About the Role
">The Guest Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at the National Aquarium. This includes providing excellent customer service, processing reservations and membership requests, and maintaining accurate records.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Process reservations and membership requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations and membership sales
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- One to two years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Benefits
">The National Aquarium offers a competitive salary range of $16.00-$17.57 per hour, plus benefits including four weeks of paid time off, six paid floating holidays, and up to four weeks of paid family leave.
