Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle customer transactions, including operating a cash register, processing returns and exchanges, and counting change.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other store associates to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
