Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Property Associate to join our Property Operations Team at LEFRAK ORGANIZATION. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing property expenses, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and suppliers through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the production, analysis, and summation of monthly financial reports for senior management.
  • Oversee property expenses and ensure their effective management and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Coordinate the purchase of business-critical services and equipment.
  • Participate in or lead special projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, specifically Fair Housing regulations.
  • Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for the property.
  • Learn and grow in the Property Management profession through collaboration with a team of Operations, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, Construction, and Commercial Property Management Professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new technical applications, such as Yardi (real estate financial and operational software).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
