Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet prospective residents, qualifying them for our luxury apartment communities
  • Follow up on phone leads and referrals, scheduling appointments for and conducting property tours
  • Guide clients through the leasing process from lease application to qualification and final move-in
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of success
  • NJ Real Estate License required, with NY Real Estate License a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, work independently, and meet multiple deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous residential leasing experience and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations/guidelines a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to being on time for work, commuting to all properties, and off-site company trainings
