Job Description

As a key member of the Maintenance Team at Patterns LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions to improve process reliability, product quality, and plant-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting and Documentation: Consult technical diagrams and documentation, such as schematics, manuals, standards, and codes, to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance.
  • Backup and Revision Management: Maintain backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentation to ensure seamless operation.
  • SCADA Device Management: Manage SCADA-type devices in an industrial environment to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Instrumentation Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control, measurement, and indicating instrumentation, including pneumatic, analog, and digital systems.
  • PLC Programming and Configuration: Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs) to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage projects for implementing changes and improvements, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports to document issues, changes, and equipment modifications, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • On-Call Support: Be available to provide on-call support for production needs, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Electrical and Fluid Connections: Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections to ensure safe and efficient system operation.
  • Instrument Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test instruments and systems to diagnose faults and ensure optimal performance.
  • Component Repair and Replacement: Remove, repair, adjust, and replace components as needed to maintain system integrity.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate components and systems to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
  • Engineering Support: Assist engineering teams in plant design, modification, and hazard analysis to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Computer-Based Control Systems: Maintain various computer-based control systems to ensure seamless operation and minimize downtime.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Technological Advancements: Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

  • Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices to ensure efficient and effective operation.
Job Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of related experience required.
