About the Role

As a Sales Associate at LibertyHealth System, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to inform sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve established goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents, caregivers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct tours and presentations of our community facilities and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to resident and prospect inquiries
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A.A. or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with team members as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new technologies quickly

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
