**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Community Activities Coordinator to join our team at Lambeth House. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing engaging and enriching experiences.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This includes creating educational, spiritual, physical, social, and intellectual challenges that promote their overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement activity programs that are tailored to the needs of our residents;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities;
  • Lead group activities and provide individualized support as needed;
  • Assist with planning and decorating for special events and holidays;
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and program evaluations;
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience;
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives;

**Requirements:**

  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in activities coordination;
  • Activity certification preferred but not required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications;

**What We Offer:**

Lambeth House offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
