About the Role: This role focuses on delivering therapeutic, skills-based, and case management services to students and their families, tailored to meet their unique treatment requirements. While we encounter challenging cases and crisis situations, our staff is not on call and enjoys the benefit of a flexible work schedule.

Work Environment: Adult & Child Health operates in Central Indiana, providing services across various settings, including schools, community locations, office buildings, and family homes. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized skills development and case management services based on treatment plans for clients and their families.
  • Conduct crisis intervention assessments, safety planning, and risk management as necessary.
  • Ensure timely documentation completion (within 24 hours).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to insured transportation.
  • Dependable, flexible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a larger team.
