Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Life Skills Clinician to join our IPS School Based team. As a Life Skills Clinician, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to provide care coordination and life skills training to youth and/or adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide life skills training and education to clients
  • Assist with gathering data for comprehensive psychosocial assessments
  • Document services provided in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Transport clients as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in mental health or related field
  • Current Indiana Driver's License
  • Two years of social service experience in a volunteer or paid role (preferred)
