Director of Clinical Services and Operations

CABS Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our leadership team as the Director of Clinical Services & Operations.
This role will provide strategic guidance and oversight to both the Home Care and Care Management divisions, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong program design and management skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a high level of comfort with technology, data interpretation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical strategy and provide operational oversight for Home Care and Care Management services.
- Ensure clinical compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Mentor and guide the Case Management and Nursing teams to ensure top-quality care and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and manage innovative programs and expanding partnerships with acute, post-acute, and social service providers.
- Oversee program design and management, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Utilize technology and data reporting tools to drive decision-making, ensure compliance, and improve operational performance.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably within home care, care management, or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage clinical teams.
- Expertise in program design and management.
- Technologically proficient, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
