Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our Saint Paul, Minnesota office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the appearance of common areas. You will also ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for assigned branches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year previous receptionist/administrative experience
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor; upbeat, outgoing attitude
