About the Role

HCA Healthcare's Capital Division is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Trauma and Transplant Physician to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a trauma and transplant surgeon
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Board certification in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
  • Current ATLS certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work 8-10 shifts per month
