Position Highlights
- Manage a 24-bed ICU, consisting of a 12-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) and a 12-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
- Participate in an open ICU model with mandatory consultations from the intensivist for all adult ICU cases.
- Benefit from 24/7 in-house physician coverage, including 12-hour day shifts and dedicated night coverage.
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure optimal patient care.
- Engage with an average daily census of 15 patients, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.
