Job Summary

About the Role

This role requires 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on operations and sales. You will work closely with colleagues to provide first contact resolution and handle customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first contact resolution and handle customer issues.
  • Analyze NPS results to determine cause and execute on plans to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.
