Professional Matchmaker and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team at LOVE BROKER LLC, a professional matchmaking and relationship advisory firm in Seattle, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to assist our owner in restructuring company operations and increasing efficiency. This role involves contacting clients via phone and email, organizing company activities, taking initiative with digital marketing and social media management, and collaborating with management to plan schedules for apprentices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager (2+ years)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to create systems and processes
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Prior experience with graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management is beneficial but not required
This part-time, contract position offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, plus bonus and commission opportunities. The work schedule is flexible, with the option to choose hours between 8am and 5pm, averaging 3-4 hours per day initially and up to 5-7 hours after the trial period. Occasional Saturday afternoons may be required. The role is open to remote work, with a gradual increase from 20% to 60% remote hours within the first 6 months, and potentially 100% remote hours if willing to use Zoom for all work hours.
