Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Grocery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our grocery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient stocking of shelves and back stock areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down displays, and ensuring accurate signage and pricing.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional information, and preparation methods.
  • Assist with receiving and processing special orders, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience.
