Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Grocery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our grocery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient stocking of shelves and back stock areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Assist with receiving and processing of deliveries, including unloading and stocking merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership, including supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales goals and promoting a positive shopping experience.
