Job Title: Primary Care Assistant/Front Desk Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Assistant/Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Nao Medical. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care, manage appointments, and ensure smooth operations within our medical practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with registration to ensure utmost satisfaction.
  • Efficient Appointment Management: Utilize computerized scheduling to minimize patient wait times and optimize efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance to patients with digital tools, enhancing their experience.
  • Effective Communication: Interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team dynamic and collaborate with healthcare professionals and front desk assistants to contribute to exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or Associate degree holder. Preferred but not required: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Phlebotomy, and EKG (Electrocardiogram) and proficiency in HIPAA regulations.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of customer service-oriented experience in healthcare, homecare, hospitality, or retail industries, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication and Multitasking Skills: Capable of effectively and respectfully interacting with patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication while efficiently managing multiple tasks, especially during busy periods.
  • Team Player: Willing to perform various tasks to support the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment, demonstrating courtesy and generosity in all situations to ensure patients feel cared for and valued.
