Position Summary:
- Perform in-house evaluations, diagnostics, and calibration of produced sub-assemblies and completed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, calibrate, evaluate, and troubleshoot circuits, components, assemblies, and final products.
- Assist in the improvement of new equipment through thorough testing and assessment.
- Deliver precise analysis of existing design performance.
- Examine assemblies and systems, interpret results, and document any discrepancies.
- Provide technical support to Manufacturing and Engineering regarding equipment challenges and solutions.
- Comply with company policies, departmental standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Execute rework and repair tasks on assemblies as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong electronic expertise in digital/analog circuitry, DSP technology, microprocessors, and D/A control devices.
- Skilled in utilizing electronic testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, DVMs, meggers, and signal generators.
- Proficient in soldering techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Adept at simplifying technical language for better understanding.
