Job Summary

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that includes accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
  • Assess patients during intake and take vital signs
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and retinopathy screening
  • Perform point-of-care testing, including COVID testing
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for optimal patient experience
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation
  • Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Phlebotomy certificate or experience
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
