Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at WinShape Foundation. As a Senior Counselor for Foster Children, you will provide individual and family counseling services to bring healing and transformation to the lives of foster children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to foster children and their families
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for each child in care
- Collaborate with intake staff, HSPs, case managers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in case consultations and clinical treatment team meetings
- Attend training and events to stay up-to-date on best practices in trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in counseling or related field
- Current licensure for professional counseling or clinical mental health
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed counselor, including experience working with foster children
- Valid driver's license and insurable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fully licensed to counsel professionally in GA, AL, and TN
- Trauma certification
- Play therapy certification
