Family Assistance Program Coordinator

Professional Counseling Center is seeking a skilled Family Assistance Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide in-home case management and strength-focused interventions to families in St. Clair and Sanilac Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home case management and strength-focused interventions to families
  • Work with clients to create a work schedule that fits their lifestyle
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement plans to improve their well-being
  • Provide education and support to families on parenting, household management, relationship struggles, nutrition, budgeting, and other skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Two years of experience working with at-risk families
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work occasional evening hours
