The Clinical Care Manager - Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating the quality of patient care provided to an assigned group of patients at McLaren Health Care. This role involves indirectly supervising nursing personnel and ensuring effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic patient care procedures and administer medication competently.
Organize patient care effectively and complete data collection in a systematic manner.
Develop a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve patient goals and identify patient/family learning needs.
Requirements
RN licensure is required, and BCLS certification is necessary. ACLS certification may be required for certain units.
A graduate of an approved school of Nursing and one year of experience in the department clinical specialty are also required.
Preferred Qualifications
A BSN degree is preferred.
