Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) will provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need of medical attention. This role requires a strong foundation in family medicine and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and preventive healthcare services to patients
- Conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribing medications and ordering therapies as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the APRN must possess:
- A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Medicine
- A current APRN license in the state where the facility is located
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
