We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist at Big Sandy Superstore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Verification and Fulfillment: Verify all information related to orders is accurate, identify and correct discrepancies, and complete all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions.
  • Credit Applications and Financing: Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
  • Communication and Organization: Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner, maintain accurate files and processes, and perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
  • Basic Numerical Reasoning Skills: Demonstrate basic numerical reasoning skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Have demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Physical Demands
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Previous clerical experience preferred.
Compensation

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
