- Customer Service Support: Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions.
- Credit Applications and Financing: Complete and process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
- Communication and Organization: Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner, maintain accurate files and processes, and perform clerical support for store staff as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
- Basic Numerical Reasoning Skills: Demonstrate basic numerical reasoning skills.
- Software Proficiency: Have demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Previous clerical experience preferred.
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
