About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Four Lakes Family Dental. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual patient needs and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and exams, to promote good oral health for our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current on best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • A valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New Grads encouraged to apply
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
