We are seeking a skilled Dental Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at the Center for Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implants. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and referring offices.

Job Summary:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, visitors, and team members via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer phones promptly, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, considering patient satisfaction, provider time, and optimal use of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Prepare daily schedules for each provider, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal wait times.
  • Manage patient flow, reducing wait times and enhancing overall patient experience.
  • Prepare patient charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in Spanish is highly valued, with fluency preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of customer service experience.
  • Basic office skills, such as typing and filing, are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A friendly, inviting, and professional personality is crucial for building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and referral sources.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
