In-Home Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist to join our team as an In-Home Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the treatment needs of families and children, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Provide in-home family and individual therapy to families at a frequency consistent with the treatment plan, promoting healthy relationships and coping skills.
- Act as an advocate for families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Respond quickly and effectively to crisis situations, providing support and guidance to families in need.
- Document clinical activities and case progress in a timely, thorough, and clear manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Present cases in court, staff, and other meetings as necessary, effectively communicating clinical and other information about the family.
- Communicate clinical and other information about the family to team members, purchasers, and consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Complete discharge summaries promptly, clearly describing the course of treatment and outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of community resources and access them as needed, ensuring families receive the support they require.
Education/Training: Master's degree in social work, or counseling field emphasizing child, adolescent, and family therapy. License required.
Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of normal and pathological child and adolescent development behavior. Proven ability to work with children and adolescents and their families. Ability to guide and direct the treatment efforts of a multidisciplinary team toward a common treatment goal. Ability to manage a flexible schedule. Willingness to travel and some evening hours required.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
