Physical Therapist Job Opportunity - BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health visits in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.

BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote clients' physical function and mobility
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
