Main Responsibilities:

  • Member Service: Provide exceptional member service, promptly assisting members with gas station transactions and ensuring their safety while on the premises.
  • Gas Station Operations: Monitor gas station sales transactions, handle cash transactions, and maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms and surrounding areas.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports, perform gas station checklist procedures, and document any issues or concerns.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment, including fuel delivery processes and safety features.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposit, verification, documentation, and control procedures.
  • Price Management: Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices match the pricing in the POS system.
  • Spill Response: Understand and follow spill bucket and spilled material procedures, including immediate response and clean-up procedures.
  • Security and Safety: Log visitors, obtain proper ID, and notify corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
  • Club Policies: Maintain all club policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous gas station operating experience preferred.
  • Operational Skills: Experience operating a cash register preferred.
  • Training and Compliance: Must be able to complete all required training and comply with safety, environmental, and security standards.
  • Age and Availability: At least 18 years of age and able to work a regular, predictable schedule.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor and Outdoor Conditions: Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: May require occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods of sitting/standing, and some bending.
  • Chemical Exposure: Occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong smells.
