About the Role

Old National Bank is seeking a highly skilled RPS Custodial Services Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retirement plan services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our custodial clients, ensuring their fiduciary responsibilities are met, and developing relationships with clients, wealth advisors, and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for our custodial clients, researching and responding to inquiries about their accounts.
  • Assist clients with fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities and provide technical expertise on ERISA governed retirement plans.
  • Develop relationships with clients, wealth advisors, and banking partners to deliver exceptional service and holistic solutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new custodial clients, gathering required documents, and setting up client accounts on our system.
  • Lead projects related to the ONB custodial services business and ensure transactions and servicing adhere to guidelines defined by ERISA and other governing bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications and skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with trust and custodial business and retirement plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA guidelines and proficient communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
