- Following operational policies and procedures diligently.
- Demonstrating punctuality and maintaining consistent attendance.
- Contributing positively to the work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum one year of experience in guest service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Previous training in guest relations is preferred.
