  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assisting with inventory management as scheduled.
  • Preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages for customers.
  • Handling cash transactions and accurately recording customer orders.
  • Grinding and brewing coffee to perfection.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and placing orders as necessary.
  • Following operational policies and procedures diligently.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and maintaining consistent attendance.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum one year of experience in guest service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Previous training in guest relations is preferred.
