Our Servers play a crucial role in ensuring that every Guest at HuHot enjoys a dining experience that surpasses their expectations through knowledge, efficiency, genuine hospitality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support fellow team members to guarantee overall Guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions: Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and providing change.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Exhibit genuine hospitality while welcoming Guests and creating a rapport to enhance their dining experience.
  • Guide Guests through our menu and food line, showcasing thorough knowledge of our offerings.
  • Deliver friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel valued and eager to return.
  • Accurately take orders and collaborate with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guest expectations.
  • Assist Guests in crafting their ideal HuHot meal.
  • Maintain an organized approach to ensure a timely and efficient Guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Must possess an upbeat, outgoing, and positive demeanor, with strong Guest relations skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team, remain on your feet and alert for extended periods, and lift up to 35 lbs. as required.
  • Continuous use of hands and arms, along with bending, reaching, and twisting.
  • Maintain a strong personal image and adhere to uniform standards.
