Our Field Service Specialists are equipped with a company vehicle and all essential tools for the job. We also supply uniforms, including hats, boots, and everything necessary in between.


Compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses, potentially reaching up to $19 per hour (based on national averages). Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Core Responsibilities: * Connect our clients to what they cherish by installing service drops or outlets in both residential and commercial properties.

* Utilize the training received to operate electronic testing equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot service drops or outlets, diagnose and rectify reception performance issues, and resolve all challenges from the client's equipment to the output of the primary distribution amplifier.

* Ensure that we maintain appropriate upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the client's premises.

* Proactively recommend upgrades to existing services and educate clients on their new or existing equipment.

* This role carries the expectation and responsibility to undertake additional duties as needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and adhere to our Organization's Values.
